How I collect, use, and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

This policy explains how Elevate with AI ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses your personal data when you visit elevatewith-ai.co.uk, enquire about my services, or subscribe to my newsletter.
I take your privacy seriously. I collect as little as I reasonably can, I never sell your data, and I never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Elevate with AI is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. That means I decide how and why your data is used, and I am responsible for looking after it.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent authority for data protection, under reference number ZC081938. You can verify this on the ICO's public register.
I collect your first name, last name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, and the contents of your message. I use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the service you have asked for.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and where we enter into an agreement, performance of a contract.
I collect your email address. I use it to send you occasional emails about using AI in your business. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and I will stop immediately if you use it.
Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form and may withdraw at any time.
Bookings are handled by zcal, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you provide your details to zcal directly and their own privacy policy applies. I receive your name, email address, and any information you choose to add.
I use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, which helps me improve it. This places cookies on your device and collects information such as the pages you visit, roughly how long you stay, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and the type of device and browser you are using. I cannot identify you personally from this.
Lawful basis: your consent for non-essential cookies.
I do not sell your personal data, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. I do use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
I may also disclose your data if I am required to do so by law.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, by calling 0303 123 1113 or via their website.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. This site uses:
When you first visit, you will be asked whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is set unless you say yes, and declining changes nothing about how the site works for you. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to me.
You can change your mind whenever you like, using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you accept and later decline, any analytics cookies already on your device are deleted. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. I keep your data on reputable platforms protected by access controls, and I limit access to it to what is necessary. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I will notify you and the ICO of any breach that is likely to affect your rights.
This site and my services are intended for business owners. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If I make a significant change, I will make that clear on this page.
